last week everyone got an announcement from Miss. Haioti saying that there is a bombing comp on Friday, All the boys signed up for the bombing comp there was hardly girls that joined because they were nervous, every day after morning tea everyone was excited to go practice in the pool it was exciting watching people do HUGE Manu’s, skip it to Thursday everyone was practicing 24/7  On Friday At lunch everyone that was in the bombing comp quickly got changed and was in line waiting for there turn to do there MASSIVE MANU! Everyone’s manu was impressive to be honest but the judge/Mr McGowan chose 3 people, But i think 1st is Wiremu 2nd is Carlos and 3rd is Levi!!!

Last week Wednesday Team Karearea did reading, for reading I went to Mrs Haioti’s group and was doing reading tasks like Scholars online, Lone star, S.R.A Box and Kiwi kids News. its so fun to  do especially when Your in Mrs Haioti group for everything!, When it was almost morning tea we played Blooket its kind of like Kahoot its so fun to play with even with your Classmates, My S.R.A Card was “The rainy day” it was kinda boring at first but then i really got used to it because of how much interesting stuff you find in the book.

This week Thursday/Wednesday we were learning about fractions with Mrs Mundy, The numerator is the number at the top and the bottom number is a denominator, For challenge 1 we had to Use the lines on this figure to show how the pattern of triangles can be used to divide the square into two halves, three thirds, six sixths and nine ninths. Fractions is about parts of a whole, and fractions are different fractions that are the same as others for example 12 over 24.

On Thursday Mr Phill came to room 4 and did cyber smart with us, And we had to play bingo the first three people that got four in a row got chocolate eggs it was Andrew, Brennan, and one more person i might have forgotten about but here is a screenshot of mine i hardly did it because i had to do a job! it was kind of hard to find some stuff for the cyber smart bingo!! heres mine👇

This week with Miss Mundy we were in groups and in reading everyone gets a role, Predictor, Summariser, Questioner And Clarifier Its really Fun to be honest, I was the clairfier for my group And Tina was The questioner so she was asking heaps Of questions to me, princeton and caleb we thought it was kind of boring at first but then it was getting a bit fun  so we started talking more about the questions and that. as soon as the bell went we finished so we packed up and got our lunch out and went to eat and play.
